As a local member of the community, I was raised with morals, values, and integrity.  When I listen to Mr. Jubas speak, I feel he represents all or our communities.  Of course he has the experience and qualifications, but notice who endorses him:  Fireman Association, Pa. State Police, Fraternal Order of Police, United Mine Workers, Pa. Education Association, as well as many others, and he is recommended by his peers of the County Bar Association.  These groups represent the values of our communities.
