The people is this article had serious hardcore drugs & lots of them, and their bail is only 10,000 & 20,000?  Whats wrong with this picture?!   Since when do we go easier on  people who sell killers such as heroin, crack & cocaine?  Marijuana isn't killing our kids, but the others are & they are becoming more popular in this area.
