the linked article says ONE officer was sentenced to 15 years of hard labor, for using waterboarding on a CIVILIAN. And still does not conclusively state that this was the only charge in the indictment.

I stand by the analogy that this sounds like saying Jeffery Dahmer was gay, Jeffrey Dhamer was sentenced to live in prison without the possibilty of parole. Therefore, Dahmer was given a life sentence because he was gay.

But if there is more to substantiate that we executed people because and ONLY because they waterboarded POW's, I am willing to concede that you are correct.
