My first and last visit to the park after trying to find a place to place a blanket without stepping or laying in goose droppings. The beach was over crowded with geese and the beach was filthy. Other parks like Conneaut Township Park is clean and without geese. Is there no way to control them and why are they picking this beach over others in the area. Another area that is a concern to others is the stone base pavilion area. My brand new auto was hit by a stone thrown by a child while driving through the park. The stone damaged my car. Can you imagine if the stone had hit another person on a motorcylce or a child and who is responsible? I am sure it woudln't be the child but the park should be held responsible.
