My concern is the response related to detouring this traffic through a residential neighborhood. One person informed the traffic which way to go and it was the wrong info. It brought the traffic through Tara and Lakeview Terrace which are are minimal in width. There were no police or emergency responders/fire department members directing traffic in that area. Vehicles were speding through the area and I was surprised there were no accidents there. My wife and I were concerned so we diected traffic in the rain for two hours. I phoned the police and was told they would get hold of them to get someone there. After another hour or so I went to the area of accident and informed them of the problem and they said they had no one to send.
