While Garcia focuses on drugs and alcohol; Sprague has top notch expertize with serious felonies. It does not matter where these ladies have come from, and to constantly spell out where they are living is irrelavant. It is evident that they have both shown what their abilities are. Each maintain their home town is Moriah and their families still reside in the county. Kristy always visits home and is well aware of what is going on within the County. When Julie lived away from the county, she did the same. What needs to be considered is who will do the job with success and ease. Their job history stands for itself. Bottom line question is: Do you want someone to prosecute fully and well for murder and child abuse or do you want to continue having successful drug raids?
