He was outrageously aggressive. Screaming if kids didn't run or do something to his liking. I thought this was a learning and honing in the skills. I don't like the lesson this coach taught my child.  I asked some of the parents who are old pros at this and even they were taken back by this coaches behavior. Children don't learn better because they are being yelled at. In Fact, they might do worse. My child wasn't on the team of the offensive coach but even she asked what his problem was. She said that she wanted to leave. I had to tell her to stay and play because it wasn't right to leave her team a player short.");document.write("      </p>");

I know live in Florida, where youth sports is huge, as the schools do not sponsor any sports for the youth of the schools.  I work for the Flagler County Police Athletic League, we offer sports for over 1000 kids per year, and the biggest issues we deal with is PARENTS.  Whether it is payment, handing in paperwork, or behavior at events the parents are ruining the game for the kids.  It is now a society issue, not a locale issue.  Strong leadership is needed to discipline the parents, but not take the game away from the kids.  It is a game, games are meant to be fun........");document.write("      </p>");

There should be a copy of this article at every field where they play, but I know that couldn't happen.  Me being a parent of two very different age group have seen alot of what you talk about in different ways. How true about the young ones who are trying to help out and learn something new at the same time by umping.  It is horrible that the few adults who put them down do, it just speaks volumes about thier character.");document.write("      </p>");
