A 90% turnover rate with the exception of Randall Stone.<br />There have been no new minority hires.<br />It appears that Cleburne is still fairly 'lilly white' in terms of leadership positions.<br />I bet that the new administrators that get hired to fill in the Cooke position, and possibly the other Middle school position will likely be 'white.'<br />Why are there no minority candidates applying for these jobs? If they are, why aren't they garnering some of these posts?<br />I know you have Ms. Reyes at one of the elementary schools, but that's pretty much it.
